Our Premium Matcha comes from the Hatatani Family Farm in Ujitawara, Kyoto, Japan. Produced exclusively for Hinshitsu outside Japan, this matcha is harvested only from the first harvest each year. By allowing the tea plants time to recover naturally, the Hatatani family produces a vibrant matcha with natural sweetness and an exceptionally smooth finish.
